Hartwick College. (1982-present). Professor of Art, Special Appointment: Arkell Hall Endowed Chair of the Arts (2009-2010). Department Chairperson (1991 - 1998). Responsible for photography program (1982 to present) and printmaking program (1982 -1992).

New York State Council for the Arts grants awarded through Upper Catskill Community Council for the Arts in Oneonta: Decentralization Grants (1988 and 1990) and SOS Grants (2001 and 2003).

Hartwick College Trustee Research Grants (1982 to present): Selected titles include: “Painted Photographs”, “Houses and Homes,” “Family Pictures, “New Photo-Etching Methods,” One Woman’s Story,” “Quilt with Miriam”, “Retting Up: Clearing the Mind.” (an installation project),” Tracing the Military Brat.” Also received Culpeper Grant for digital-imaging.
